Caribbean Evangelism, Inc. is directed by Vincent Graham and has operated in Jamaica since 1969. CEI is founded on the passion and love of Jesus Christ. We strive to model His example, realizing that our most important task is to share the love God has offered us through His Son, Jesus Christ.
